    Tula meaning 'balance' presents us with a unique opportunity to play with our creative side or just unwind. Our wellness retreats provide us with the space to explore time alone or connect with others. 

    Using the gifts of yoga, meditation, painting, cooking, reading, writing, bushwalking and strolling to nearby wineries and waterfalls: the true essence of Tula is what our retreat embodies.

    We incorporate Art in our wellness retreats to enable our guests to truly unwind, connect and express themselves. We invite Australian artists to facilitate workshops and explore a myriad of techniques and applications, ranging from water colours to pottery.

    We believe art is a form expressive therapy that improves a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
